Role Overview
Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope.
Monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timelines and monitor project deliverables.
- Plan project stages and distribute tasks according to the recognized scope of work.
- Track budgets and costs to prevent event or project overspending.
- Manage field risks and ensure compliance with safety requirements and implementing authorities.
- Report performance and progress regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and contractors to secure site requirements.
- Monitor quality and ensure project outputs are delivered on time.
- Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project and event management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
