Role Overview

Lead the delivery and supervision of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires construction project management, consultant supervision, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Project Leadership

Lead and manage construction supervision teams on water and wastewater projects.
Provide overall project leadership, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact with project stakeholders.
Coordinate multinational teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities.

Performance and Commercial Management

Monitor project performance, quality, HSE compliance, risks, claims, and contractual matters.
Review and manage variations, claims, project reporting, and commercial aspects of contracts.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required; Construction or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered.
The role requires 15-20 years of professional experience.
At least 10 years of experience must be in water and wastewater projects.
At least 5 years must be in Project Manager, Team Leader, or Project Director roles.

Professional Background

Proven experience leading consultant construction supervision teams on infrastructure, water, or wastewater projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary and multinational teams of 10 or more professionals.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of claims, variations, and contractual procedures.
