KAN Design is a Saudi creative agency established in 2018.
The agency delivers branding, creative design, digital marketing, media production, technical solutions, project management, and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects end-to-end across branding, design, digital marketing, media production, and events.
- Plan timelines, schedules, tasks, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate clients, creative teams, suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage client requirements, approvals, communication, and project updates.
- Monitor progress, scope, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage logistics, expediting, and timely delivery of services and materials.
- Inspect deliverables for required specifications and quality standards.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, prepare reports, complete handovers, and maintain project records.
- Support process improvement and efficient project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of project management experience.
- Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Experience in logistics, expediting, and vendor coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Creative agency, marketing, events, media, production, or design experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Good working knowledge of Canva for presentations, proposals, reports, and visual materials.
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time, on-site role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
