Project Manager

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from order receipt, coordination with production to performance certificate receipt.

Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely processing, production, dispatch, delivery, and demonstration/training to clients.

Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any order-related issues or delays.

Monitor and track project finances, including payment receipt, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) receipt, and invoicing.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions related to projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project.
