Position Overview
Lead the IT Infrastructure Refresh Program for a public-sector client.
The program covers enterprise network, compute, storage, and communications infrastructure.
The role requires strong IT infrastructure project management and business case development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of project managers, business analysts, solution architects, and business representatives.
- Develop comprehensive business cases aligned with resiliency practices, enterprise priorities, and program strategy.
- Prepare and oversee project planning documents using the Atlas methodology and supporting templates.
- Manage work breakdown structures, financials, procurements, communications, quality, risks, and decisions.
- Direct internal and contracted resources across multiple projects.
- Manage governance structures and engage project steering and technical advisory committees.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and steering committees.
- Monitor scope, schedules, milestones, risks, finances, contracts, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven IT infrastructure experience.
- At least 8 years of full-cycle technology project management experience.
