An IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating teams of developers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Create project timelines, schedules, and milestones
Manage project budgets and resources
Coordinate IT teams (developers, QA, designers, engineers)
Monitor project progress and performance
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Communicate with stakeholders and clients
Ensure quality delivery and compliance with requirements
Lead project meetings and reporting
Ensure successful project closure and documentation
