Role Overview
Lead end-to-end project execution for interior fit-out projects.
Manage site operations across multiple locations and oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
The role is titled Project Manager / Operations Manager (Interior Works) and reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and daily site operations through client handover.
- Monitor budgets, manage subcontractor contracts, and optimize project profitability.
- Ensure work follows design drawings, building codes, and strict safety guidelines.
- Direct site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to keep workflows efficient.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and designers and provide progress updates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and resource management skills.
- Ability to read complex architectural and interior design drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
