Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit out and turnkey projects from initial planning and mobilisation through execution, handover, and close out
- Oversee joinery, MEP, civil works, and authority approvals
- Handle procurement, cost control, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Coordinate with clients and lead project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager
- Proven experience handling complete turnkey fit out projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience managing luxury villas, commercial spaces, hospitality, restaurants, offices, and retail fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil works, authority approvals, procurement, and project delivery
- Ability to manage projects from initial planning and mobilisation through execution, handover, and close out
- Strong commercial awareness, cost control, budgeting, and subcontractor management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management software
- Excellent leadership, client coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
- UAE Driving Licence
