Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Project Delivery

• Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Manage projects from contract award through final handover and close-out within approved time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Develop execution strategies, programs, manpower plans, procurement requirements, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and address delays, constraints, and resource issues.

Coordination and Controls

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project engineers, site teams, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, commercial teams, and other stakeholders.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and establish responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, critical activities, and forecasts with the planning team.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist contractors to ensure timely and quality execution.

Technical and Commercial Requirements

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and scope requirements to understand project deliverables.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, RFIs, samples, and consultant approvals.
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality requirements, and project standards.
• Monitor costs, variations, subcontractor commitments, procurement costs, and commercial performance with the Commercial/QS team.
