Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and leadership-driven

Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

to join our team in Dubai.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the

planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects across the GCC

, ensuring projects are delivered

on time, within budget, and in line with approved designs, quality standards, and client expectations

.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in

commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate fit-out projects

, with the ability to manage stakeholders, contractors, and consultants while ensuring smooth project delivery from

concept through final handover

.

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from
  • project award through completion and handover
  • .
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules, and resource planning.
  • Ensure projects are delivered
  • on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  • .
  • Coordinate all project phases including
  • design development, technical documentation, site execution, and final delivery
  • .

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the
  • primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
  • .
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and deliverables align with project objectives.

Design & Technical Coordination

  • Work closely with
  • design teams, engineers, and consultants
  • to translate design concepts into technical and construction-ready packages.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with
  • UAE authority requirements and project specifications
  • .

Tendering & Procurement

  • Manage tendering processes including
  • BOQs, technical submissions, RFP responses, and contractor evaluations
  • .
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate contractor proposals and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Site & Construction Management

  • Conduct regular
  • site inspections and progress reviews
  • .
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical, operational, or scheduling challenges.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure fit-out works meet
  • approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications
  • .
  • Maintain compliance with
  • local building codes, authority regulations, and safety requirements
  • .
  • Oversee snagging processes and ensure timely rectification before project handover.

Project Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including
  • contracts, approvals, drawings, and correspondence
  • .
  • Provide regular project progress reports to senior management.
  • Ensure proper coordination with internal teams and project stakeholders.

Business Development Support

  • Support business development initiatives with
  • technical input for proposals and project presentations
  • .
  • Assist in preparing
  • technical documentation for new project opportunities
  • .
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • .
  • Professional certifications such as
  • PMP or equivalent
  • are an advantage.

Experience

  • **7–10 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out or construction industry**
  • .
  • Proven experience managing
  • commercial, retail, hospitality, or workplace fit-out projects
  • .
  • Strong experience working with
  • contractors, consultants, and developers across the GCC
  • .
  • Familiarity with
  • tendering platforms and procurement processes within the region
  • .

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of
  • fit-out construction processes and site execution
  • Ability to manage
  • multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in
  • AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools
  • Fluency in
  • English; Arabic is an advantage
