Role Overview
Infrastructure Project Management team seeks an NEC Project Manager for high-profile infrastructure developments based in Belfast.
The role leads project delivery, NEC contract administration, project controls, stakeholder management, safety, and team leadership.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Understand NEC objectives and operate NEC contract particulars.
- Plan and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
- Lead and administer NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, requirements, approvals, and regulatory considerations.
- Advise on procurement and contract strategies and provide cost and time estimates.
- Review contractor proposals and manage early warnings, payment changes, and compensation events.
- Integrate design, construction, commissioning, and process requirements.
- Report performance using project controls, earned value, and quantitative risk analysis.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, handover, post-project reviews, and benefits realization.
People and Business Development
- Maintain a personal learning and development plan and develop professional competency.
