ALBANNA RAED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major industrial infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing project execution from engineering to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a large scale industrial infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage project schedule, milestones, priorities, risks, and critical path activities.
- Ensure timely delivery in line with agreed scope, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate multiple technical disciplines including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Act as key interface with client, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Drive clear communication, decision making, action tracking, and follow up across all stakeholders.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation measures to protect the timeline.
- Manage project documentation, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, approvals, and action lists.
- Support contract administration including variations, claims support, extension of time matters, and FIDIC related procedures.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, delivery, site execution, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, port, logistics, mechanical, construction, or system integration projects
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects with technical, commercial, contractual, and site execution interfaces
- Experience in UAE, GCC, or wider MENA region highly preferred
- Familiarity with FIDIC based contracts and contractual project procedures
- Strong customer facing communication skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project control capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related technical field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage

About the Role
- The successful candidate will take ownership of project execution from engineering and procurement through to site installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and close out.
- We are looking for someone who is hands on, structured, commercially aware, and confident in managing a challenging project timeline.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects with technical, commercial, contractual, and site execution interfaces.
- Experience in the UAE, GCC, or wider MENA region is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with FIDIC based contracts and contractual project procedures.
- Strong customer facing communication skills and ability to manage expectations professionally.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project control capabilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results within tight project timelines.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is optional.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.
- FIDIC training or practical experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar planning tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience with large scale port, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or EPC projects is an advantage.
