Stingray is seeking a Project Lead in Software Development – Applications for its Montreal-based technology team.
The role reports to the Head of Applications and Projects and supports products including music, karaoke, in-car, and smart TV applications.
The position coordinates complex, multi-platform projects across technical, product, data, and creative teams.
Your day-to-day
- Own projects from quick-win tasks through major product launches, guiding work from idea to delivery.
- Connect developers, product managers, data analysts, and creative teams to maintain alignment.
- Define project plans, success criteria, and risk mitigation actions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and project communications.
- Champion Agile practices and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify ways to integrate AI tools into project workflows to improve team efficiency and delivery.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Management, Technology, or a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools including JIRA and MS Suite.
