Project Manager II

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more moderately complex projects.
• Manage projects involving regional clients, multiple services, litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, or other complexities.
• Manage project phases from beginning through closeout when assigned.
• Work mostly independently with guidance on objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
• Develop project plans and obtain supervisory approval for proposed approaches.
• Supervise engineers and project administration, controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement representatives when assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 18 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience on rail, metro, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of stakeholder mapping, engagement strategies, and issue resolution.
