Project Manager II, Commissioning

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education/Experience (Desired):
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in managing construction projects preferred
• Datacenter experience is preferred
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is preferred
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to travel at least 40%
• Computer Skills:
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Proficient in PROCORE
• Certificates and Licenses:
• No certificates or licenses required
• Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Supervise one or more Superintendent or Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager
• Travel Required: 30-50%
