Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan and execute project activities across the lifecycle, providing overall coordination from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, technical baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Document project plans and obtain the required reviews and approvals from stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks; develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans throughout project execution.
• Review engineering deliverables, including analyses, test plans, technical reports, interface documents, and design changes.
• Drive resolution of complex engineering issues, root cause investigations, nonconformances, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Interface directly with senior leadership, providing clear project status with data-driven project health, risks, and recovery plans.
• Ensure Bid/Proposal, project execution and development are performed in accordance with established engineering processes and policies.
• Coordinate cross -functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality) to maintain alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, action item tracking, and meeting cadences (kickoffs, design reviews, status reviews) in accordance with company processes.
