The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager (HVAC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee commercial, industrial HVAC projects, managing all phases from design review and estimating through installation, commissioning, and closeout.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of HVAC projects (planning, execution, and completion)
- Review drawings, specifications, and mechanical designs
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Prepare budgets, cost tracking, and project schedules
- Procure equipment and materials (RTUs, AHUs, condensers, ductwork, controls, etc.)
- Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and site activities
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., gas, TSSA, ESA where applicable)
- Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and inspections
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Support commissioning, startup, and deficiency resolution
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
