Project Manager - Hospitality

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage hospitality development and renovation projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and hotel owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project progress.
• Review architectural drawings, technical submissions, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and Millennium brand standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality, progress, and compliance.
• Coordinate design changes, value engineering, and technical solutions.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical proposals and consultant or contractor submissions.
• Maintain communication between project stakeholders.
• Prepare RFPs, support tendering and bidding, and evaluate quotations.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Three to six years of experience in project management, architecture, or hospitality development.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with hotel, mixed-use, or high-end commercial developments is preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and design guidelines is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience with BIM workflows and digital collaboration platforms is preferred.
• PMP certification or progress toward PMP is an advantage.
