- Lead project planning including scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation
- Develop and monitor master construction schedule
- Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP works
- Prepare and manage project budgets and monitor cash flow
- Review contract documents, manage change orders and claims
- Supervise site engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality assurance and control adherence to specifications
- Ensure HSE compliance and promote safety culture
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- 8 15 years of project management experience in high rise construction
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works
- Experience in budget and cost control
- Proficiency in contract and commercial management
- Excellent leadership and site coordination skills

Job Overview
- C2HR Global LLP seeks a Project Manager for high rise construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning including scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation
- Develop and monitor master construction schedule
- Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP works
- Ensure effective sequencing of high rise activities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor cash flow and cost forecasts
- Review subcontractor payments and variations
