The skills that set you apart
7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in financial services, engineering, or public sector environments..
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional projects with a strategic lens and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Skilled in building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams.
in assessing stakeholder impact and enabling adoption, with familiarity in ADKAR, Prosci, Lean Change frameworks or similar.
Adept at embedding governance structures and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and transparency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
PMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is an asset.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $122,900 – $162,800 MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400 Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,00 – $147,400
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
