We are recruiting a Project Manager to join our team to oversee civil construction, winter access/freeze-down, and forestry projects throughout Alberta. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.

Job Overview

Working closely with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate projects from initiation through completion in accordance with schedules, specifications, budgets, and contract requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Prepare project schedules, establish milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that may impact safety, schedule, quality, or cost.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents, project specifications, and subcontract agreements.
