What You'll Be Doing
Safety and Compliance
Champion safety leadership by enforcing company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure project teams adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
Project Execution
Plan, organize, and direct all project phases from proposal to closeout.
Establish production targets, monitor progress, and coordinate with field teams to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals.
Manage project financials, including estimating, forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and change orders.
Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, and compliance.
Conduct regular reviews of operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leadership and Team Development
Mentor and develop superintendents and supervisory staff through performance reviews and career guidance.
Foster clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across operations, engineering, and client teams.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective relationship management.
Represent NACG in meetings and provide performance updates to senior leadership.
