Project Manager Role

You’ll Make a Difference By

• Manage multiple medium-voltage system, solution, and power automation projects within time, budget, and quality targets.
• Plan project scope, contracts, work packages, resources, schedules, documentation, organization, and interfaces.
• Establish project controlling and reporting processes and monitor technical and commercial plan fulfillment.
• Identify deviations, root causes, risks, and corrective actions, including cash-flow escalation where needed.
• Report project status to customers, management, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and relevant customer decision-makers.
• Manage proposal and contract activities, including impacts of changed requirements and extensions of time.
• Maintain customer, stakeholder, and subcontractor relationships.
• Manage project completion, acceptance, validation, verification, closeout, and customer handover.

Your Success Is Grounded In

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5–7 years of project execution experience for medium-voltage system projects.
• Expert knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear configuration in NXTOOLS and OGT is a prerequisite.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and international project execution.
• Experience interfacing with customers, public authorities, subcontractors, and factories.
• Experience in construction, commissioning, engineering, planning, and design of medium-voltage equipment and protection and automation systems.
• Successful management of international teams.
• PMP or PM@Siemens certification is preferable.
