Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage projects.
Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
The role is full-time and hybrid in Jiddah, combining client-site and company-facility work with work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and coordination.
Project delivery
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate catering, logistics, and packaging teams.
- Supervise expediting activities and monitor inspections.
- Resolve operational issues and communicate with stakeholders and clients.
Compliance and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Track performance metrics and prepare project reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of F&B processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in project or operations management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management and office productivity tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to balance on-site work in Jiddah with remote coordination and reporting.
