Role Overview
Lead complex fit-out projects in Dubai from planning through execution and closeout.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution and closeout within budget and timelines.
- Manage consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.
- Oversee authority approvals and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Conduct progress reviews, risk assessments and reporting.
- Drive value engineering, solve project problems and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in the UAE fit-out industry.
- Strong background in F&B, hospitality, retail and residential projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication and commercial-acumen skills.
