Role overview
Lead high-impact project and program management initiatives for Schneider Electric's fire and security software offering.
Own complex engineering programs from requirements definition and architecture alignment through development, testing, industrialization, and launch.
What you will do
- Lead program and project execution for the fire and security software portfolio.
- Manage delivery against budget, schedule, and quality objectives while communicating efficiently with stakeholders.
- Coordinate global teams across software engineering, product management, QA, UX, DevOps, cybersecurity, and system integration.
- Drive alignment, technical decision-making, cross-cultural communication, and collaborative execution.
- Work with fire detection, access control, software integrations, and third-party systems.
Essential experience
- Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience.
- Experience delivering new software platforms from requirements and architecture through deployment and commercial release.
- Experience managing continuous software platform development, release cycles, feature expansion, performance improvements, and technology upgrades.
- Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
