WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles.
• Experience supporting commercial, field operations, GTM, or launch-related initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to cross-functional work in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organization
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with the ability to track complex timelines and dependencies.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and PM tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project, ADO, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Process‑oriented mindset with a focus on execution, consistency, and follow‑through.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced Degree;
• 2 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles.
• Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $163,000-$224,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
