Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects
- Working with a variety of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, MS Excel
- Support senior team members in project documentation and coordination
- Produce internal and external project status reports
- Manage and update project budget data and reports on individual project financial statuses
- Review budget data and be able to forecast project services costs for each quarter
- Coordinate consultant drawings, documentation and other submissions amongst the project team for review and comments
- Assist design managers in compiling multi discipline reports for client review
- Maintain high standards related to final product quality
- Assist with overall project performance including forecasting, costing, scheduling, and quality assurance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management managing projects
- University degree in engineering, architecture or other related discipline
- Effective leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including MS Project, Word, and Excel
- PMP, P.Eng., OAA designation or other industry recognized credentials considered assets
- French/English bilingual considered a strong asset
- Must hold or be eligible for Reliability or Secret level security clearance from the Federal Government

Your Role
- Join our team as a Project Manager with the Federal Government business unit.
- In this role, you’ll join our team of experts who lead major capital building and infrastructure projects.
- As the Project Manager you act as a trusted advisor to our clients, representing their interests at all times to multiple stakeholders and providing technical and project leadership to the teams they oversee.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects
- Working with a variety of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etc
- Support senior team members in project documentation and co ordination

- Co ordinate consultant drawings, documentation and other submissions amongst the project team for review and comments

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management managing projects
- A university degree in engineering, architecture or other related discipline
- Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
- PMP, P.Eng., OAA designation or other industry recognized credentials are considered assets
- French/English bilingual is considered a strong asset
- Must hold or be eligible for Reliability or Secret level security clearance from the Federal Government
Expected Compensation
- CAD 72,158– CAD 103,993 per year (CAD)
- This compensation range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
- Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
