Role Overview
Active Events is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Qatar.
The role is offered on a project-based basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and overall performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks, challenges, and day-to-day requirements.
- Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant experience in events, production, fit-out, or related project environments is a plus.
