Role overview

Media Work is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can independently manage events and tender-based projects from tender stage through final delivery.

The role requires expert-level written and spoken Arabic and English and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Main responsibilities

  • Review tender documents and identify requirements, deadlines, risks, and clarifications.
  • Attend meetings and prepare project concepts, strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, creative, achievable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, timelines, budgets, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement, quotations, negotiations, and cost comparisons.
  • Monitor progress, quality, budget, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Lead execution, solve problems, and maintain project documentation and client updates.
  • Manage multiple tenders and projects at the same time.
  • Use AI and digital tools for research, content development, presentations, and productivity.

Required skills and experience

  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills are required.
  • Excellent tender analysis and proposal-writing skills are required.
  • Expert-level written and spoken Arabic and English are required.
  • Candidates must be able to prepare professional content directly in both languages.
  • Strong presentation, stakeholder management, budgeting, procurement, negotiation, and cost-control skills are required.
  • Candidates must understand layouts, technical drawings, floor plans, and site plans.
  • Good knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience is required.
  • Experience in events, exhibitions, tenders, or similar project-based industries is required.
  • Qatar government or corporate client experience, a Qatar driving license, and immediate availability are preferred.

Workplace and employment

  • The position is full-time.
  • The work location is in person in Lusail, Qatar.
  • Pay starts from QAR 10,000 per month.
