About the Role
Euro Group Engineering Consultancy seeks a Project Manager to lead a country-wide environmental baseline and monitoring program in Riyadh. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, QA/QC, GIS-guided monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

- Lead end to end project delivery: scope refinement, workplans, schedules, budgets, procurement and contract management
- Oversee technical implementation of field monitoring (air, water, soil, noise) across various zones
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors; assign tasks and monitor performance
- Implement and enforce QA/QC protocols for sampling, chain of custody and laboratory analysis
- Supervise development and deployment of a centralized environmental data management and visualization system
- Ensure GIS guided site selection, spatial data capture and production of geostatistical maps
- Manage production of technical deliverables: baseline reports, monitoring plans, SOPs, QA/QC reports
- Lead stakeholder engagement with government agencies and local authorities
- Design and deliver capacity building activities and training for client staff
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution
- Provide regular progress reports and presentations to client and sponsors
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Environmental Management, Geospatial Science, or related discipline
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management
- At least 5 years leading complex environmental monitoring or assessment programs
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and large field/laboratory monitoring programs
- Experience delivering data management/visualization platforms and conducting geostatistical analyses
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental monitoring (air, water, soil, noise), MEWA/ISO standards
- Demonstrated experience with GIS applications and spatial analysis
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency desirable

Position Summary
- Lead and manage the execution of a country wide environmental baseline and monitoring program.
- Oversee planning, delivery, QA/QC and stakeholder engagement for multidisciplinary teams.
- Implement MEWA/ISO compliant sampling and laboratory analysis (air, water, soil, noise).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end project delivery: scope refinement, workplans, schedules, budgets, procurement and contract management.
- Oversee technical implementation of field monitoring across urban, agricultural, heritage, tourism, industrial, airport and reserve zones.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (field, GIS, laboratory, data, statistical analysts, consultants) and subcontractors.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC protocols for sampling, chain of custody and laboratory analysis.
- Supervise development and deployment of a centralized, scalable environmental data management and visualization system.
- Ensure GIS guided site selection, spatial data capture and production of geostatistical maps.

Qualifications
