Project delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate project resources, stakeholders, and team members.
- Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Stakeholder and team leadership
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration.
- Resolve conflicts to maintain team efficiency.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Continuous improvement
- Evaluate project outcomes and capture lessons learned.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
