Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering and aerospace projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement and other business functions.
- Monitor project progress, performance, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Identify potential delivery risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and progress reviews.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement and the implementation of project management best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted project management partner.
- Contribute to the wider MIGSO-PCUBED consulting community through knowledge sharing and best-practice development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience working as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Programme Manager or PMO professional .
- Experience within aerospace, engineering, defence, automotive, manufacturing or another complex technical environment .
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The confidence to work with both technical teams and senior leadership.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
