Manage complete execution of electronic security projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality, budget control, and customer satisfaction.

Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Plan and manage electronic security projects from initiation to completion.
Manage CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and other ELV projects.
Lead project coordinators, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Prepare schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate procurement and material availability.
Manage budgets, costing, billing, and cost tracking.
Communicate project requirements and progress to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and technical compliance.
Resolve issues, risks, delays, and scope changes.
Prepare reports, MIS, documentation, and handover reports.
Ensure testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover.
Provide regular updates to senior management.

Experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead is required, preferably in electronic security, ELV, construction, electrical, or technical services.
