Role Summary

Project Manager – Electrical

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include

• Manage electrical construction projects from mobilization to handover.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure project delivery within approved timeline, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Oversee substation installation, testing, commissioning, and related site activities.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, method statements, ITPs, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical, commercial, and execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards, client specifications, and UAE/GCC regulations.
• Lead project meetings and submit progress reports to management and client representatives.
• Manage risks, variations, claims, approvals, and project documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards at site.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Must have worked as a Project Manager on electrical/construction projects.
• Strong experience in substation construction is required.
• Experience in Oil & Gas project environments is mandatory.
• ADNOC experience will be an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Must be ready to join immediately after client interview and approval, maximum within 20 days.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently available in GCC will be preferred.
• Candidates from India and other countries may also apply, provided they can join within the required timeline.
• Prior experience with ADNOC, Oil & Gas EPC contractors, substation projects, or major electrical infrastructure projects will be highly preferred.
