Role Overview
Lead and manage sheet piling, shoring, excavation support, and foundation engineering projects.
Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through completion.
- Plan schedules, resources, budgets, and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Lead site teams and support smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Five to ten years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sheet piling, shoring, foundation, or geotechnical works is preferred.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is Abu Dhabi.
- Work is in person.
