About the Role
GEWISS seeks a Project Manager with 7+ years in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) for hospitality projects. The role involves end-to-end project management, technical coordination, and system integration.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of GRMS projects from award to handover
- Act as the primary technical and project management contact for customers and stakeholders
- Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
- Coordinate GRMS integration with BMS, PMS, IPTV, networking, servers, and cloud based platforms
- Review technical designs, ensure system compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning activities
- Lead project meetings, mock ups, site inspections, and progress reviews
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and customer communications
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams
- Travel to project sites as required
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- 7+ years in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
- Strong hands on experience in GRMS within hospitality projects
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms
- Experience in managing end to end project execution for hotels
- Ability to coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and internal teams
- Experience leading project engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Skills & Qualificatiions

- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, VLANs, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies, Putty, SSH, command line troubleshooting, and basic Linux/Windows server administration
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
