Key Requirements

  • Strong hands on experience in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) within hospitality projects
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and system integration
  • Experience in managing end to end project execution for hotels, including design review, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover
  • Ability to coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and internal teams
  • Experience leading project engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of GRMS projects from award to handover
  • Act as the primary technical and project management contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
  • Coordinate GRMS integration with BMS, PMS, IPTV, networking, servers, and cloud based platforms
  • Review technical designs, ensure system compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning activities
  • Lead project meetings, mock ups, site inspections, and progress reviews
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and customer communications
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams
  • Travel to project sites as require

Skills & Qualificatiions

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, VLANs, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies, Putty, SSH, command line troubleshooting, and basic Linux/Windows server administration
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience

  • 7+ years in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
