About the Role
Apgar is hiring a Project Manager to lead data, analytics, and AI engagements for clients in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and pre-sales support.

Responsibilities
- Own delivery of data, analytics, and AI engagements end to end from discovery through go live
- Act as single point of accountability and primary client point of contact
- Define and monitor project scope, assumptions, workload estimates, planning, methodology, and steering committee reporting
- Contribute to stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and functional design workshops across data domains
- Oversee quality of functional specifications, technical documentation, and deliverables
- Drive solution validation through testing, UAT, and production deployment
- Manage project economics: budget tracking, margin, resource allocation, change requests, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Participate in pre sales activities, RFPs, cost estimation, and commercial proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a consulting firm or IT services company
- Strong interpersonal, commercial, and managerial skills
- Significant experience in at least one of: MDM, Metadata, Data Integration, AI/ML, Data Preparation

Your Mission
- You own delivery of data, analytics, and AI engagements end to end — from discovery and scoping through design, build, UAT, and go live.
- You act as the single point of accountability for the engagement and the client’s primary point of contact.
- You define and monitor project scope, assumptions, workload estimates, planning, methodology, and steering committee reporting.
- You contribute to stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional design workshops across data domains.
- You oversee the quality of functional specifications, technical documentation, and deliverables.
- You drive solution validation through to production deployment and hypercare.
- You manage project economics: budget tracking, margin, resource allocation, change requests, dependencies and risk mitigation.
- You contribute to Apgar UAE’s growth by identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts.
Presales
- You participate in pre sales activities and responses to RFPs/tenders.
- You contribute to implementation cost estimation and project planning.
- You contribute to drafting commercial proposals.
Your Profile
- You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s level) and have at least 7 years of experience in a consulting firm or IT services company.
- You have strong interpersonal, commercial, and managerial skills.
- You have significant experience related to at least one of: MDM, Metadata, Data Integration, AI/ML and Data Preparation.
