Responsibilities
- Lead and manage demolition projects from commencement to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and resources
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, consultants, and clients for approvals
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements
- Prepare project reports, budgets, work programs, and progress updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead project teams and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 10 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager, preferably in demolition projects
- Strong knowledge of demolition methodologies, structural dismantling, heavy equipment operations, and UAE authority requirements
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem solving skills
