Responsibilities
- Manage demolition projects from project award through final handover.
- Plan, organize, and monitor all project activities to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
- Lead project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, HSE officers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, work programs, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities for approvals and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, HSE standards, and approved method statements.
- Review project drawings, demolition methodologies, risk assessments, and work schedules before execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions whenever required.
- Control project costs, variations, procurement activities, and material utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in demolition project management
- Knowledge of UAE regulations and authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Trakhees)
- Experience leading project teams and subcontractors
