This is a part-time hybrid Project Manager role based in Dubai, where some remote work is acceptable.
In this role, you will oversee project timelines, manage resources efficiently, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, optimizing project flow as an expeditor, inspecting deliverables, and ensuring all tasks meet quality benchmarks.
You will manage all aspects of project execution, from planning to delivery, while aligning with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Project Management and coordinating resources effectively.
- Strong expertise in Expediting and Expeditor activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and streamlining processes for optimal efficiency.
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures to maintain quality control standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while adapting to a hybrid work environment with flexibility.
- Experience in event management or similar environments is a plus.
