Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Project Manager will oversee and manage complex architectural aluminum, glass, and facade projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality standards, and resolving project issues.
The role also entails leading teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, aluminum and glass systems, and facade engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Experience managing large-scale construction or facade projects is highly desirable
