Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of business and IT enabled projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations
- Develop clear, structured project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables in line with governance standards
- Establish and manage project governance, including stage gates, RAID management and change control
- Coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and enable smooth delivery
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation and mitigation of blockers
- Provide clear and concise reporting to sponsors and governance forums to support informed decision making
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end to end business and technology projects in complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of structured project delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed, actionable project plans aligned with technical delivery
- Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence and communicate clearly at all levels
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience using project planning and delivery tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or Azure DevOps

The role
