The company provides design and project execution services focused on client collaboration, functionality, distinctive aesthetics, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, mobilization, execution, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
- Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and material delivery timelines.
- Coordinate architectural finishes and MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and low-current works.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers and coordinate work between trades.
- Coordinate client, consultant, building management, and authority approvals, permits, inspections, and requirements.
- Monitor progress, risks, and delays and implement corrective actions.
- Track costs, variations, payment applications, and subcontractor progress.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
- Lead progress meetings and provide updates to clients and management.
- Complete handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and closeout records.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least four years of relevant fit-out project delivery experience, preferably five or more years.
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Proven interior fit-out delivery experience with strong architectural and MEP coordination.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, installation sequencing, and site execution.
- Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Familiarity with Dubai fit-out approvals, building management requirements, and authority regulations.
- Project planning, cost control, procurement coordination, and subcontractor management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project or Primavera.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous UAE fit-out experience is preferred.
A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
