ELMAR MARINAS is seeking a Project Manager to lead marine construction projects including jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, and dredging. The role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee marine projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop and track progress against project milestones and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Liaise with port authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure productivity
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, including marine safety and offshore risks
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions
- Manage procurement and mobilization of marine equipment (barges, tugs, cranes, dredgers)
- Identify project risks (weather, tides, logistics) and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience with a strong focus on marine and coastal infrastructure projects
