Role Description
- The Project Manager role at Veni Vidi Amavi is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Project Manager oversees the end to end delivery of luxury kitchen and wardrobe projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing project plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication between clients, designers, suppliers, and installation teams.
- The role involves handling logistics and expediting activities, reviewing inspection reports, resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards aligned with the brand’s commitment to excellence.
- The Project Manager is expected to provide clear documentation, anticipate risks, and support continuous improvement in project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to plan, execute, and close multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in logistics and coordination, including Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities, to manage materials, deliveries, and schedules.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and standards, including Inspection, to ensure quality, compliance, and accurate reporting across all project phases.
- Background in interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury fit out projects is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design and CAD related documentation is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage deadlines in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
