Project Manager — Drinkit MENA

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join the Drinkit MENA team and help us deliver cross-functional projects across a fast-growing business.

This role is for someone who can take a project from an initial idea or business need, turn it into a clear action plan, bring the right people together, and drive it through to completion.

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to launch;
• Translate business needs into clear project plans, milestones, owners, deadlines, and budgets;
• Coordinate work across Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams;
• Work with external partners, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders when required;
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and proactively remove blockers;
• Keep stakeholders aligned and ensure decisions and next steps are clearly documented;
• Work effectively with people from different functions, cultures, and nationalities and bring them together around a common project goal;
• Manage several projects simultaneously and maintain momentum across all of them;
• Take ownership of execution and make sure projects are actually delivered, not just discussed.

Projects may include new system and payment integrations, operational improvements, new products and packaging, IT features, supplier-related initiatives, pop-up locations and temporary projects, and legal and documentation-related projects such as merchandise, music licensing, contracts, permits, and other cross-functional business initiatives.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar project-based role;
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through implementation;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous tasks, and drive people toward deadlines;
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and results;
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change;
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
