Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage major international/regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects
Collaboratively plan project strategies with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
Identify, assess, and overcome project challenges to ensure successful delivery
Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Manage stakeholder engagement, including regional and local liaison
Ensure compliance with environmental standards and address environmental impacts
Provide leadership and direction to project teams and consultants
Drive continuous improvement and best practices across the project framework
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of overall management experience
At least 8 years of experience in:
Collaborative planning
Managing and delivering major roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects
Minimum 5 years serving at Project Manager level on relevant projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects
Experience in managing Ashghal Projects
Qualifications
Chartered Civil Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
Mmup And Upda
Equivalent experience accepted if a strong track record of successful road project delivery is demonstrated
