The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and technical requirements in accordance with USACE, AFCEC, and NAVFAC contract standards, project plans, and internal company policies.

The role also involves supporting business development in a defined client base, geographic region, or project type.

• Establish project goals, procedures, and performance benchmarks based on job specifications, project requirements, and corporate policy
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure high-quality project outcomes
• Act as the primary contact with clients and manage communication to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Collaborate with pre-construction and proposal teams to develop proposals and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions
• Plan and assist with staffing for projects through company hiring practices
• Ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, and performance expectations
• Manage financial aspects of the project, including tracking, reporting, and forecasting to maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships
