Role Overview
Coordinate ongoing UX/UI and digital product design projects across web and mobile.
Work with designers, clients, and technical teams to keep projects organized, priorities clear, and delivery on track.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple UX/UI workstreams at the same time.
- Run project kickoffs, status meetings, and internal planning sessions.
- Maintain project documentation, action items, and decision logs.
- Coordinate communication between clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Support brief intake, estimation, prioritization, and resource planning.
- Track risks, blockers, feedback, and approvals.
- Ensure deliverables are prepared and handed over on time.
- Support design QA and implementation coordination when required.
- Prepare regular project status updates and reports.
Requirements
- At least three years of project management experience in a digital agency, product company, or technology environment.
- Experience managing UX/UI, website, mobile app, or digital product projects.
- Strong understanding of design and development workflows.
